Igloo Cooler Raffle

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

  • The raffle is open to all clients of Next Level Insurance who have received a written quote during the specified raffle period. The raffle is also open to all clients and industry professionals who refer new clients who have received a written quote during the specified raffle period.
  • Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Employees and immediate family members of Next Level Insurance are not eligible to participate.
  • Participants must reside in Maryland, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, or Delaware. All other states are excluded.

Raffle Period:

  • The raffle period will commence on June 1, 2023, at 12:01 am and end on June 30, 2023, at 11:59 pm.
  • All quotes received during this period will be eligible for entry.
  • All referrals received resulting in a quote during this period will be eligible for entry.

Entry:

  • Clients will automatically receive one entry into the raffle for each written quote they receive from Next Level Insurance during the raffle period.
  • Clients and industry professionals who refer someone to Next Level Insurance, resulting in the referred individual receiving a quote, will also receive one entry into the raffle.

Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the raffle period.
  • The draw will take place within 7 days after the raffle period ends.
  • The winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days after the initial notification attempt, Next Level Insurance reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize:

  • The prize for this raffle is an Igloo cooler.
  • The specific cooler model, size, and color will be determined by Next Level Insurance.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Publicity:

  • By participating in the raffle, entrants grant Next Level Insurance the right to use their names, photos, and quotes for promotional purposes without any further compensation.

General Terms:

  • Next Level Insurance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time, for any reason.
  • Next Level Insurance’s decision regarding all matters related to the raffle, including the selection of the winner, will be final and binding.
  • Next Level Insurance will not be responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that may affect the submission, selection, or notification process.
